There is this amazing little restaurant in Chicago called Hot Dougs. They are open when Doug feels like it. Mostly Tuesday-Saturday 11-4 and they only take cash. He was a gourmet chef (I guess he still is) and decided to open his own place with encased meats. It is so delicious!!!!!!! It's a must stop if you're ever in Chicago.
