So Tim continued to give me a (good natured) hard time about my "vacation nails" so Taylor, being the sweet and wonderfully supportive person she is, sent this picture to us on the road. Love that girl!!!
We stopped at a beach in ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA to eat our oh so delicious Taco Bell.
The boys went out in the water for a few minutes, skipping rocks and splashing around, but weren't super interested in staying.
Caden was excited to get back to his Baseball book that he got at the Hall of Fame. He is so smart!!
My goal through the trip was to get the "welcome to our state" signs, but we didn't see too many that were on the side of the road where we could get out and pose with it. Tim would say, "Here's one coming up" and I would whip out my phone as fast as I could to capture it at tollway speeds. Most photos are like this one, barely catching it, from the side. I'm not sure why this was important to me. It's not like I didn't know where we were. Hmmm..... I'll have to look into that.
