Chicago is by far one of the coolest cities on earth! There's so much to do and see. We took the train down and then took the water taxi over to Michigan Avenue.
My favorite building to go up in is the John Hancock Tower. I know the Sears Tower (now Willis Tower) is more famous, but it shouldn't be!! The JHO has WAY better views!!!
I'd never done the double decker tour bus before, so we got on that. It was really fun and informative!! My suggestion is to stay on it the WHOLE TIME then public transit yourself to the spots you want to see again. We spent a lot of time waiting at stops for the next bus to arrive.
