The boys were trying to get their heads just right behind the mannequins. Close.
This is the upstairs residence of the store. Joseph Smith and his family lived here for a time.
These are the original floor boards!! Wow!!
This is the kitchen. Our cute sister missionary guide was showing us all the old fashioned tools that served the purposes of our modern day equipment. I think I could have done it. :)
Cute sister missionaries!
This is a special time for Cooper. He is almost 11 and will have only one year before he receives the Aaronic Priesthood. It was so special to be able to see these church history sites where so many amazing milestones took place.
On our way to the log mill, our sister missionary was showing how she can walk backwards while she gives us information. Cooper was practicing. Not too shabby.
Beautiful woodwork done by the early saints. Now that's a woodshop!
Caden and Cooper stirring the potash in the ashery.
Here Cooper is demonstrating his excellent tour guide skills of walking backwards and delivering information.
Oh I love my boy!!
